Key Indicators

Management, would like to see Key Indicators or Key Performance measure to aid them to focus or direct their Marketing and/or Sales strategy.

These indicators could be number of new leads generated, leads won, revenue forecasted, revenue generated etc. 

Its all possible!

Within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 this is all possible. Management could be provided with summary screens to have these and any other Key indicators at their fingertips.
